Steppes of Pobuzhya

Bug Guard

The apiary is located in the South of Ukraine, in the  area of the Steppes of Pobuzhya, namely in the Pervomaisk district of  Mykolayiv region.

This area is known not only as the former western border of the Zaporozhian Sich, but also the place where the Hranitno-Stepove Pobuzhzhya Nature Park is located, a unique ecosystem recognized as one of the seven natural wonders of Ukraine.

The peculiarity of this place is the large number of "endemics", ie plants that grow only in this area. This allows us to obtain honey with a subtle and characteristic aroma, rich taste with a wide palette of shades, and an incredibly bright sunny color.

That is why our jars seem to glow from the inside…

Today, our apiary has about 100 bee colonies, and they are part of our own family.

We do not feed our bees with artificial sugar, we carefully monitor their health, using only natural remedies to maintain their well-being.

Bees are a highly organized community, and people could learn a lot from them.  Like humans, bees create families, and the best honey is produced by a strong, healthy and friendly family. Bees know this and are constantly working to strengthen their families, and we help them do that.

In the same way, the Honey Brothers carefully preserve and develop the traditional family values of a large and friendly Ukrainian family.

Our apiary is a symbol of the unity of nature and man to create the best product that Ukraine can be proud of.
